UK Experience

Lord Justice Potter president of the UK Family Division has more time to spend on assisting by giving good reference to a barrister accused of knowingly and deliberately falsifying evidence ("Barrister becomes first to be jailed for perverting justice" by Steven Morris, Thursday September 20, 2007, The Guardian, UK), but has little time for investigating children's issues. He has put himself on record as stating that any further correspondence with regards to the best interests of children and their welfare has to be ceased - see below document.

[1] In the UNITED KINGDOM, All Family Court proceedings are covertly carried out in totally CLOSED COURTS (No press or others admitted) where the abuses to CHILDREN are carried out under TOTAL CONTAINMENT AND SECRECY. All documentation is MANDATED to be kept SECRET under the WRATH of the administration who are ready to serve punishment to anyone breaking their draconian laws. Judicial/Court Administration and their aligned agents, lawyers, barristers, etc ALL STATE state that this is done so in the best interests of the children, BUT this is TOTAL HORSE MANURE, IT IS A BLATANT LIE, for if the children's welfare was truly paramount, then ALL PROCEEDINGS MUST be carried out in the public domain where all the evidence can independently tested and true justice can really be served.
